nTop is hiring a Senior Manager of Aerospace & Defense Business Development to own government capture strategy end-to-end. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full government capture lifecycle — from opportunity identification through proposal submission and contract award.
- Build and manage a pipeline of DoD, prime contractor, and adjacent government agency opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies across defense primes, Tier 1 suppliers, and government agencies.
- Serve as the primary interface for SBIR/STTR and OTA opportunities.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure customer commitments are met post-award.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of government or defense business development experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or engineering tools.
- Demonstrated success closing DoD contracts (SBIR, OTA, or FAR-based).
- Deep understanding of the defense acquisition cycle and key buying centers.
- Active TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred.
- Disciplined and process-driven, with a track record of executing structured capture processes.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a defense-focused software, additive manufacturing, or advanced engineering tools company.
- Existing relationships with advanced manufacturing, structures, or propulsion programs within the DoD.
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually plus benefits, perks, and equity.
