AVEVA is creating software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies. We are seeking a visionary Fellow to lead the analysis of emerging technology trends and forecast how key sectors will evolve over the next 3–7 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend Analysis: Lead the analysis of emerging technology trends in key sectors relevant to AVEVA. Forecast how these sectors will evolve over the next 3-7 years.
- Strategic Prioritization: Lead efforts, in collaboration with business and technical leaders, to set priorities for technology innovation and development based on market dynamics, technological advancements, and strategic business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify cutting-edge technologies that can enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Communication: Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations on research findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including emerging tech innovation, engineering, and product management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology research, market analysis, or a related role.
- Experience working with industry analysts and a strong network in the venture and start-up community is highly desired.
- Proven experience working with and presenting to senior leadership and executives.
- Prior management experience and demonstrated ability to recruit and lead a distributed team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate and articulate how industry sectors will transform over the next 3-7 years.
Salary Range: $293,500 – $489,500.
