Submissions Open to Present at CDFAM 2025

Submissions are now open to present at the CDFAM Computational Design Symposiums for 2025. This is an opportunity to showcase your work, engage with a global audience, and contribute to advancing the fields of computational design, engineering, architecture, and software development.

Once again, we will be hosting dual events in Europe and the USA. In Amsterdam, the symposium will take place July 9-10, 2025, and we look forward to returning to New York City in October (specific dates to be confirmed).

Presenting at CDFAM offers more than a chance to highlight your research and achievements. It provides a platform to connect with professionals, academics, and industry leaders, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of ideas.

Beyond the presentations, the symposium fosters meaningful dialogue, networking, and partnerships among experts shaping the future of computational design and its real-world applications.

We invite you to be a part of this unique gathering—whether by presenting your work, participating in discussions, or building new relationships with other innovators at the forefront of the field.

We look forward to your submission and hope to see you in Amsterdam or New York City.

Submission Guidelines

To submit your proposal for a 20 minute presentation or propose a panel discussion, please provide the following by March 30th (but the sooner the better to secure a spot):

  • Topic: A concise title for your presentation.
  • Abstract: 100-300 words outlining the core ideas of your proposed presentation
  • Bio: A brief biography highlighting your expertise in the field.

Note: These details can be modified later, but they will be used for initial selection.

All attendees including speakers and their team members will be required to pay to register to attend to help cover the cost of the CDFAM symposium series.

Who Should Apply

We encourage people from any discipline that focus on computational design of any scale and at any level of your career, from PhD students and start up founders, to leading experts in their fields from industry and academia. See the archive of previous presentations and the participant demographics to get an idea whether your presentation might fit.
